Will iPod shuffle Firmware Upgrade Fix Problems?

Those of you who have read my review of Apple's iPod shuffle know that I had some problems involving audio books not playing correctly on my iPod shuffle and that I thought maybe Apple could fix those problems in firmware. Well, Apple has release a new firmware upgrade for iPods that includes updates to the iPod shuffle. It is supposed to fix "software stability." I will get back to you guys with info about if it helps.

UPDATE: Sorry for the delay. I am sorry to report I have seen no improvements in my iPod shuffle after the firmware upgrade.
