Sony's PSP Video Download Site: PSP Connect

Sony has just put up their new website where you can get MPEG-4 videos to put on your PSP. All the videos appear to be available free of charge. Going over the tutorial it looks like all you have to do to watch videos on your PSP is to download them, place them on your formatted memory card, and watch! Very cool.
