Apple has Suspended Subpoenas

Apple has realized it can't make reporters reveal their sources and has suspended legal action against PowerPage, AppleInside, and MacNN. Those three guys had published stories about 'Asteroid', a still-unreleased Apple device for connecting musical instruments to computers.

The Register's article also says "[Apple] applied for a subpoena against ISP Nfox.com, seeking emails that it believes will identify PowerPage's sources. But last night the EFF, an internet rights group, said Apple had agreed to suspend the requests, eWeek reports."
