Toshiba Supplying Chips for Flash iPod

There is an Article over at xinhuanet.com that says that Toshiba will be supplying ships to Apple to use in a flash-based iPod that will sell for US$149 to US$199.

I own a HD based iPod. Other than price, what are the pros and cons for a flash based iPod

Well, there are not really that much other benefits other than the price of a flash based iPod except that their is no moving hard drive, just a flash memory card so you don't have to worry about it breaking. I can't really think of any disadvantages except of storage capacity.
